The tools are on the Adobe Reader 7.0 menu under TOOLS -> COMMENTING, and TOOLS -> DRAWING MARKUP.

Use TOOLS -> DRAWING MARKUP -> TEXTBOX or CALL OUT to insert boxes for text. Then type in the box, or cut and paste text into the box from another document.

Highlight a TextBox or Call Out, right click on your mouse, and select PROPERTIES to change the fill color and border of the box.

Use the menu items TOOLS -> DRAWING MARKUP -> LINE, POLYGON LINE, POLYGON TOOL, etc. to draw on the calendar.

In the PRINT dialog box, choose DOCUMENT WITH STAMPS or DOCUMENT WITH MARKUPS from the COMMENTS AND FORMS drop-down list to print the calendar with your markups.
